How do I download NuScribe Desktop Editor?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with your license key and a Download button. Click it to download the installer, run it, and follow the on-screen steps.

How do I activate my license?
Open NuScribe Desktop Editor. When prompted, paste your license key into the activation field and click Activate License. An internet connection is required for the first activation.

I lost my license key email. What do I do?
Email us at support@mooredictation.com with the email address you used to purchase and we'll resend it.


Trial License

How do I start a free trial?
Visit Start Your Free 14-Day Trial and enter your name and email. Your trial key will be emailed instantly - no credit card required.

How long is the trial?
14 days. An internet connection is required daily to validate your trial license.

Can I convert my trial to a full license?
Yes. Purchase a full license at mooredictation.com/products/nuscribe-desktop-editor and activate it with your new key - your settings and data are preserved.


Troubleshooting

NuScribe says "License invalid" or won't activate.

  • Make sure you're copying the full key with no extra spaces
  • Check that your computer's date and time are set correctly
  • Confirm you have an active internet connection
  • If the problem persists, contact support@mooredictation.com

The installer shows "Windows protected your PC."
Click More info, then Run anyway. This warning appears because the app is newly published - it is safe to install.

NuScribe isn't transcribing my recordings.
Make sure the recording file is in a supported format (WAV, MP3 or FLAC). If the problem continues, contact us with details about your recording setup.
